Near Time Messaging System (NTMS)
- Allows any authorized service provider to send information to an individual member or group of members without knowing their Internet location or State.
- If a user is online this information is received immediately. If the user is not online then the information will displayed at login if the message is still current. Messages can be expired or replaced as desired by the Provider.
- The message can be assigned a valid time for display. The message can be replaced by a follow-on message of real time information rather then sending multiple e-mails. The message can be delivered as a pop-up message "new window" or as a discrete notification within the Locator device.
- An authorized Provider can send a message to any group or sub-group. The message can contain text, HTML or be a link that is executed to display a page from the provider's web site.
- NTMS is in the early development phase.
